Earlier today, I had the pleasure of receiving the leadership of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Idemili South Chapter, at my residence on a courtesy visit. Led by the Idemili South Coordinator, Comrade Onyeka Eruchalu, the delegation reaffirmed the commitment of our youths to the continued progress and development of Idemili South.

As Nelson Mandela aptly said, “The youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow, but they are also the partners of today. We must involve them in every aspect of our development.” This underscores our resolve to deliberately invest in our young people by providing them with the opportunities, support, and tools they need to excel and contribute meaningfully to nation-building.

A major highlight of the visit was the presentation of campaign materials donated by one of the youth leaders and the Supervisor for Health, Idemili South Local Government Council, Hon. Ifeanyi Mbaegbu. I sincerely appreciate this thoughtful gesture and reassure the youths of Idemili South that they remain a vital pillar of our vision for sustainable development.

Indeed, Idemili South is rising from the grassroots to greatness.
