REWARD FOR EXCELLENCE FOR MISS CHIDALU UDEAGHA

Today, I paid a visit to Seat of Wisdom Comprehensive Secondary School, Nnobi, to redeem my token donation of N150,000 to Miss Veronica Chidalu Udeagha in recognition of her outstanding performance at the 4th Annual Nnobi Secondary Schools Mathematics Quiz Competition hosted by the Sir Pius Ufudo Foundation under the sponsorship of High Chief Obinna Ufudo (Ochendo Nnobi), held on Saturday, 16th May 2026.

Miss Udeagha’s exceptional brilliance and emergence as the best mathematician in the competition were truly admirable and deserving of commendation and encouragement. Her achievement reflects the value of hard work and academic dedication among our young people.

This year’s Nnobi Secondary Schools Mathematics Quiz Competition was highly competitive, with Seat of Wisdom Comprehensive Secondary School emerging as the overall winner, while Community Secondary School and Zion Secondary School came 2nd and 3rd, respectively.

The significance of this year’s edition is further underscored by the fact that Seat of Wisdom Comprehensive Secondary School has now won the competition for the fourth consecutive time. This remarkable feat speaks volumes about the consistency and high educational standards maintained by the school and its educators.

Education remains one of the strongest pillars for societal progress, and it deserves the maximum attention and support from all stakeholders in our nation. Encouraging academic excellence among our students is one of the surest ways to secure a brighter future for our communities.

I sincerely appreciate the efforts of the school manager, Rev. Father John Ezeokoli, alongside the teachers, staff, and students of Seat of Wisdom Comprehensive Secondary School for sustaining this culture of excellence and keeping the fire of academic distinction burning.
